Refund policy
Vanasche Motorsports will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged, provided the product is in the original undamaged packaging, and has not been used, installed, or damaged. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted. Orders returned after more than 30 days are not refundable, store credit will be offered up to 60 days past purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To receive a refund or store credit, the original invoice should accompany your return. Used or damaged items may not be accepted. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions.
***NEW PAYPAL POLICY*** - Paypal now refuses to refund the 2.9% processing fee to the seller (Vanasche Motorsports) that is taken from each transaction when a return is made. Therefore, if a return is made and a refund is required based on anything outside of our control this processing fee will NOT be refunded. We encourage everyone to use Credit Cards where fee reversal is still acknowledged as it should be.
International Returns
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns for international orders.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you've installed it, you own it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Vanasche Motorsports can only accept returns from purchases made on VanascheMotorsports.com - If your item was purchased from a distributor of Vanasche Motorsports, please return the product to them.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your return should be handled with the original seller.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the ACTUAL cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund (which likely more than what you paid in shipping).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
