Tired of removing your ignition key to access the fuel tank just to watch the gathered dust/debris deposit itself into your fuel injection system? Your solution is right here with this CNC part machined from billet aircraft grade aluminum with an anodized BLACK finish. The kit includes all necessary mounting hardware as well as a Machined Billet Cap in matching color. This unit retains the factory venting location. A new Viton O-ring will be used when installing this unit (included).

  • Filling hole is inline with fuel tank hole. Properly offset like no other design on the market. No abrupt lips or edges inside filler hole to cause splashing or back spatter of fuel.

  • 33% Lighter weight than OEM assembly (400g vs 600g)
  • Viton O-ring positioned INSIDE the bolt pattern to eliminate dirt ingress
  • No counterbored holes on top to collect dirt
  • Venting from side port to allow for tank bag without constricting tank breathing

KTM 890 R Fuel Filler

The change over from the original was simple and easy, fit and precision of the new filler are outstanding and the problem with dirt and dust inside the cap area that the KTM original allowed has been dealt with. Excellent product!

890 gas filler and cap

Somehow my stock gas cap got bent and could stand looking at it going down the road. As usual for Venasche, their gas filler is well designed (viton O-ring) and beautifully executed in billet Al. Am on a 1400 mile trip and have had no problems filling my tank. Glad I purchased this aftermarket one.

Fuel Filler.

I have the Vanasche riser with a Scott's damper and this fuel filler makes it really easy to fill up. The stock cap opens towards the bars and with the key inserted hits the damper, you have to take the key out every time you fuel up and it's just a pain. The Vanasche filler is super high quality (like all Vanasche parts) and you won't get dirt in your tank.

Killer Filler

What a lame title.
I became tired of using the stock filler cap especially after purchasing a handlebar bag. The Vanasche Fuel Filler looks and build quality is superb. Installation was easy. Plus, I no longer have to deal with juggling act of using the stock filler.
