Instructions advise to reroute front brake line behind blinker which helps. It’s a bit awkward with the Ktm windshield installed. Line rubs the windshield. Not the fault of the product though.

The skid plate is a huge improvement over the stock skid plate. Well made, easy to install and much greater protection coverage areas on the bike. One flaw, there was one screw that was incorrectly supplied, (wrong type and size), I had to procure one from McMaster-Carr. Other than that an excellent product.
