Shipping & Returns


Orders are typically shipped 1-2 days after order placement. Try as we might, we are not amazon but actual humans building boxes and printing labels. If for some reason it is going to be longer than 2 days we will send an email to notify you. Orders placed on Fridays will not typically ship until Monday the following week. 

Usually within 24-48 hours you should receive an email regarding your purchase with a tracking number. If you don't see an email, please check your SPAM folders before you contact us. Many times because it is an automated system sending the email they are tagged as 'SPAM' and filed accordingly by your email server. We will ship by the most reasonable means according to the size and weight of your order.

Vanasche Motorsports is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable. In cases such as these, please directly contact the courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.

• Most orders $99.00 and over qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 US states
• Any orders given free freight will typically be shipped via (UPS or Fedex or USPS)
• Orders are shipped from our location in Bend, OR.
• Shipping changes including intercepts and address changes may be subjected to a $30 Service fee.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.

We work hard to make sure items we sell are available for quick fulfillment and shipment, naturally not all items will always be in stock at all times! In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

Most orders will be shipped with either UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL whichever provides the quickest transit time to you.

EXCEPTIONS TO FREE SHIPPING: Free Shipping is awesome, and applies to most of our products, but due to some items being large, bulky, excessively heavy or carrying low margins we must charge for shipping or we simply cannot carry the item. This may sound less than ideal but most of the time we're meeting you halfway because we want you as a customer and want to treat you well. Instead of hitting you with an excessive shipping bill we sometimes charge a reasonable flat fee and we absorb the additional costs. This applies to items such as pannier racks, skid plates, and other large pieces. 

International Shipping and Customs

It is the buyer's responsibility to know and understand the customs laws regarding the country of delivery. Vanasche Motorsports does not charge tax/duty/VAT on International orders. Any customs fees that are charged by country of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Vanasche Motorsports generally uses FEDEX or DHL for international shipments as they seem to be most reliable and also get through customs quicker than other carriers. Please email with a complete shipping address for specific carrier requests prior to an order being placed. We will do our best to see if we can accommodate the request. 

**If an international customer uses a PO Box for the shipping address and forces us to use our postal system (USPS) then we can not take responsibility for the delivery. USPS international shipments are slow, disorganized, are frequently lost, and to top it off they offer zero customer interaction/service. If you request USPS or force us to use USPS our responsibility ends when the package is scanned in at the local post office. 

Customs fees, duties, and VAT are separate and have nothing to do with any shipping charges. If the customer refuses to pay such customs charges, the shipment will be returned to sender and the customer will be responsible for those return ship costs AND any second shipment charges if they opt for a re-delivery. Please note that the receiver is responsible for covering the customs fees based on the country of delivery regulations.  

Vanasche Motorsports has no control over the time the shipment spends in transit. Absolutely no refunds on international shipping costs. Please know that tracking packages after they have entered customs can be difficult. Please note that Vanasche Motorsports has no control on the time shipments may spend in Customs Inspection.

If you refuse your package or the package is returned to sender, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and returned to Vanasche Motorsports, the shipping and return shipping total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded. In the instance that the price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns for international orders. If an international shipment is refused or the customer refuses to pay the duty/tax/VAT/etc... the customer forfeits the ENTIRE order value. No refunds will be given in this instance. 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you've installed it, you own it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an RMA (return merchandise authorization). To get an RMA, simply send a request email to

Vanasche Motorsports can only accept returns from purchases made on - If your item was purchased from a distributor of Vanasche Motorsports, please return the product to them.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your return should be handled with the original seller.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the ACTUAL cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund (which is likely more than what you paid in shipping).

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes all orders placed during a sale (ie BFCM, etc...) and all orders using discount codes. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
