I am taking the time to write you a thank you note. Too often, the squeaky wheel will complain and cast stones. This is not such a letter.
I wanted to make sure that outstanding customer service was acknowledged. Sometimes a simple 'thank you' can brighten someone's day and I hope mine does that for you. Please keep up the good work!
I placed an order with your website on the 28th of August and I received it mid afternoon on the 31st of August (to Calgary, Alberta, Canada no less, so international shipping!)

This was shipped via FedEx. They sent me an email asking to prepay customs and duty before they could deliver it on the 1st of September. I paid for it immediately so as to avoid any delays, and I'm sure glad I did. Having my order arrive a day early was impressive.
"Under promise and over deliver" is a marketing cliche I wish more people would try to enact. I heard that you're essentially a one-man show and thus not to expect Amazon- like turnaround time. However, I believe that my early delivery is a combination of your organizational skills as well as FedEx's efficiency.
In addition to my order of a GPS mount and bar risers, it was an absolutely wonderful surprise to receive two Vanasche Motorsports stickers, a Vanasche branded multifunction headwear, and a high quality embroidered Vanasche keychain! This simple gesture of including these unannounced really made my day and obviously, in conjunction with how quickly my item was received, helped me form a very favorable impression of how you do business.
Thank you for this little touch. That was so meaningful, plus your prompt attention in getting my order out to FedEx.
The products look fabulous! I watched your YouTube Channel as per the installation instructions for the GPS mount, and had to re-watch the Dork episode to get a better handle on installation, so not as easy as I would have liked. I don't have much mechanical acumen so perhaps thats one area to shore up in the future to help people like me.
